An update to you to let you know what’s happening at Subi during COVID19.

Important: We are still open but there are significant delays with our deliveries.

  • Australia (with delays and no tracking)
  • New Zealand (with delays and no tracking)
  • US (with months long delays and no tracking)

DELAYS TO AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Ordinarily, Australia Post advises that it takes 7 business days for delivery of our orders. However, as a result of COVID19 and social distancing requirements, all Australian deliveries are very late.

Australia Post has announced that they will now only be delivering our parcels every second business day. Click here for full details. Please expect deliveries to take upwards of 2 weeks.

For North American orders, delays of around 2 months are standard right now. Most orders are being re-routed through third countries before arriving at their final destination. Due to lack of international and domestic flights, international post is very unstable.

All our orders are still able to be sent out within 1 day however, as per the advice from Australia Post, please allow at least two weeks to receive Australian orders. Where possible, we advise against making urgent orders from North America until the postal service stabilises.
